Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Gregorio Cline made the kick off which started today's match. If Rufus Diamond had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Gregorio Cline fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Von Grover having to interfere. Geraldo Rangel hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. 15 minutes into the match, Rufus Diamond had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Von Grover. ss1910's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rufus Diamond was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. In the 21stth minute of the game Gregorio Cline who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ss1910's Von Grover was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a defensive mix-up in ss1910's zone, Gregorio Cline stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Von Grover came out of the goal and Gregorio Cline tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Daren Willis kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Atlantic Beach FC's Mohammed Hillman got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Von Grover took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gregorio Cline, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Wally Weaver showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jesse Parra, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. When Gregorio Cline, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 35 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Von Grover was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Atlantic Beach FC's Gregorio Cline got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Von Grover made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rufus Diamond in the 38th minute. ss1910's Von Grover proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 40th minute of the match, managed to save ss1910 from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gregorio Cline in the 42nd minute of play forced ss1910's goalkeeper Von Grover to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With his leg Von Grover managed to avoid a goal in the 45thth minute, when Atlantic Beach FC's Rufus Diamond fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Von Grover took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gregorio Cline, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Sonny Le Van fell near the penalty area in the 54th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ss1910's protests and gave Sonny Le Van a yellow card for diving instead. In the 55th minute, Sonny Le Van hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Atlantic Beach FC's Gregorio Cline got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Von Grover took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gregorio Cline, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 62 minutes of play, Atlantic Beach FC's Gregorio Cline made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Von Grover was left in no man's land by his defense there! Wally Weaver made a fantastic save in the 69th minute, when Jesse Parra sent off a good shot on target. Von Grover showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rufus Diamond in the 73rd minute of the match. Rufus Diamond sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gregorio Cline in the 84th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Von Grover saved ss1910 from getting behind. If Rufus Diamond had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Von Grover stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gregorio Cline's shot from short distance in the 89th minute. After having played for 92 minutes, Jesse Parra managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ss1910's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jesse Parra was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. There was no doubt that Atlantic Beach FC were the better team. Atlantic Beach FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
