Phyperstars FC's Mitch Dunn got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mitch Dunn stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Phyperstars FC booed when Bron SK 1959 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bobby Dale didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ron McElroy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Sherwood Mercer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 77 minutes into the match, Bron SK 1959's goal looked a bit too open when Mitch Dunn came free, but Sherwood Mercer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 78th match minute, Bron SK 1959 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bobby Dale to maneuver through the defense. Jerrod Castillo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Sherwood Mercer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jerrod Castillo in the 85th minute of the match. After having played for 95 minutes, Ron McElroy managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Phyperstars FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ron McElroy was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 96 minutes into the game, Phyperstars FC's Mitch Dunn nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Sherwood Mercer made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 15-0. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Phyperstars FC had played much better football throughout.
