In the 20th match minute, Eckel Village was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sugar Ames to maneuver through the defense. The wind increased when Mohammed Magloire made the kick off in the second half. Canute Abdul-Hamid showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lewis Baldeosingh in the 53rd minute of the match. Canute Abdul-Hamid made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lewis Baldeosingh in the 54th minute of play. In the 69thth minute of the game Mohammed Magloire who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Orange Valley Fire's Basdeo Mohammed was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Canute Abdul-Hamid made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lewis Baldeosingh in the 71st minute of play. In the 72nd minute Stephen Thompson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Canute Abdul-Hamid saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Boscoe Medina sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Boscoe Medina came up free with the goalie in the 78th minute, the Eckel Village fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Boscoe Medina couldn't finish the play. Orange Valley Fire's Lewis Baldeosingh got a good chance for a goal in the 85th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Stephen Thompson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Canute Abdul-Hamid having to interfere. Canute Abdul-Hamid showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lewis Baldeosingh in the 87th minute of the match. Stephen Thompson might have been able to make a better finish in the 90th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Canute Abdul-Hamid. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Stephen Thompson ran back to his position shaking his head. In a very dangerous position, a player in Orange Valley Fire fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 91st minute. Penalty! When the match had been going on for 93 minutes, Eckel Village's Bob Sinanan got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Basdeo Mohammed. 97 minutes into the game, Trevor Assoon was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Orange Valley Fire's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Eckel Village the free kick. A collision led to Orange Valley Fire getting a freekick after 97 minutes play. Trevor Assoon hit a great ball. Bob Sinanan's shot from long distance in the 98th minute was not bad at all, but Orange Valley Fire's Basdeo Mohammed knew what was happening and pushed the ball into his arms just before it hit the right post. Orange Valley Fire's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
