A wasted opportunity for Endeavour Stars. 11 minutes into the match, Endeavour Stars's goal looked a bit too open when Glenroy Edwards came free, but Eric Baksh reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Surujrattan Denoon could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 12th minute of the match, but Eric Baksh made a huge save. 14 minutes into the match, Orange Valley Strikers's goal looked a bit too open when Richard Titus came free, but Kenwyne Dorman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Surujrattan Denoon kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Glenroy Edwards managed to get in a good position for a shot. Orange Valley Strikers's supporters rose to their feet, but Glenroy Edwards was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eric Baksh breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After having played for 22 minutes, David Jones managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Endeavour Stars's supporters crossed their fingers, but David Jones was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 28 minutes into the match, Orange Valley Strikers's goal looked a bit too open when Richard Titus came free, but Kenwyne Dorman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Endeavour Stars's Eric Baksh played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Surujrattan Denoon in the 30th minute of play. The Endeavour Stars fans' excitement grew in the 42nd match minute when Endeavour Stars's Wendell Bottomley looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Richard Titus was the one to do the kick off. Kenwyne Dorman made a fantastic save in the 55th minute, when Wendell Bottomley sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of Orange Valley Strikers booed when Endeavour Stars was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edward Greenidge didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 80 played minutes Orange Valley Strikers got a freekick which was hit by Walter Ramkisson. Kenwyne Dorman made an important save on a dangerous shot by Wendell Bottomley in the 85th minute. 93 minutes into the match, Endeavour Stars's goal looked a bit too open when Surujrattan Denoon came free, but Eric Baksh reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 94 minutes, Surujrattan Denoon put it in 5-1 from a short distance just to the right of Eric Baksh. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Orange Valley Strikers had played much better football throughout.
