Odon Echaez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nahia Barroso in the 7th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 8th minute, Galindo Arizmendi managed to get in a good position for a shot. MANIACOS's supporters rose to their feet, but Galindo Arizmendi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Erauso Zalaya breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Erauso Zalaya took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gilmar Buyolo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Garikoitz Peña sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 15th minute, Nahia Barroso managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gilmar Buyolo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Erauso Zalaya tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 23 minutes of play, MANIACOS's Garikoitz Peña made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Erauso Zalaya was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 26th minute, Galindo Arizmendi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Erauso Zalaya showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vito Matorin, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. 38 minutes into the match, Garikoitz Peña had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Erauso Zalaya. Alianza's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Garikoitz Peña was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Erauso Zalaya made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Garikoitz Peña in the 41st minute of play. Galindo Arizmendi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Erauso Zalaya having to interfere. Ingemar Östensson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nahia Barroso might have been able to make a better finish in the 46th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Odon Echaez. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Nahia Barroso ran back to his position shaking his head. Roque Comparada sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The Alianza players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. MANIACOS were winning 0-2.
The wind increased when Nahia Barroso made the kick off in the second half. Galindo Arizmendi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Garikoitz Peña kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Emilio Guibar kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. Gilmar Buyolo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. MANIACOS's Garikoitz Peña got a good chance for a goal in the 66th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Gilmar Buyolo scored 0-3 in the 72nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Erauso Zalaya, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Nahia Barroso came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the Alianza fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nahia Barroso couldn't finish the play. Barros Cecilia hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. Erauso Zalaya showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Galindo Arizmendi, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. Nahia Barroso recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 91st minute the ball was on its way in behind Alianza's goalkeeper Erauso Zalaya, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Vito Matorin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gilmar Buyolo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Erauso Zalaya having to interfere.
