The player immediately received a yellow card. 8 minutes into the game, one of Yuty:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Fidel Salabaste went to the wrong direction when Rodrigo Valderas was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. 12 minutes into the match, Noe Loro dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Fidel Salabaste, 1-0. After a rather tough play, Yuty's Solustiano Orense got a free kick in the 14th minute. Fidel Salabaste didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Cororo's Noe Loro shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 2-0 in the ordered_time% minute. After 21 minutes, Saturnin Cainzos mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Yuty and the Cororo players grew even worse after the yellow card. Ambrosio Macon took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 30th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Faustino Huerga. Cororo's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Guillen Tarsa in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Faustino Huerga saved Cororo from getting behind. Guillen Tarsa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Faustino Huerga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cornelio Autran in the 43rd minute of play.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Cornelio Autran was the one to do the kick off. A collision led to Cororo getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Rodrigo Valderas hit a great ball. In the 60th play minute Guillen Tarsa came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Faustino Huerga. 2-1. Guillen Tarsa in the 64thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Faustino Huerga, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. If Noe Loro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Yuty's Cornelio Autran suffered a concussion after 67 minutes and had to leave the field. Belmiro Padilla charged in rather forcefully in the 67th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Belmiro Padilla the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 67th minute, one of Cororo:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Cororo. Faustino Huerga made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when Guillen Tarsa sent off a good shot on target. If Hipolito Guiu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Guillen Tarsa came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the Yuty fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Guillen Tarsa couldn't finish the play. Cororo's Faustino Huerga proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 75th minute of the match, managed to save Cororo from getting a goal against them. If Hipolito Guiu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 96th minute, Polo Cascales managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cororo's supporters rose to their feet, but Polo Cascales was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fidel Salabaste breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
