The audience was convinced that Vachon Gala's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gau Mariategui was relentless in the 16th minute of the game. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

When Dalmai Laserna fell near the penalty area in the 72nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gutierrez AFC's protests and gave Dalmai Laserna a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Gutierrez AFC's Dalmai Laserna got a free kick in the 72nd minute.
