Hanley Ibarra made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Prospero Cisco in the 28th minute of play. The wind increased when Wilkin Dickson made the kick off in the second half. Hanley Ibarra showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pablo Howley in the 66th minute of the match. After 68 minutes of play, AC Cibao's Prospero Cisco made it 5-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Hanley Ibarra was left in no man's land by his defense there! Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Urban Jespersson in the 71st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hanley Ibarra prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some careless play in the Los Cacaos AC defense, Prospero Cisco kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hanley Ibarra. The Los Cacaos AC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hanley Ibarra should have stopped the shot. A collision led to AC Cibao getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Pablo Howley hit a great ball. Wilkin Dickson might have been able to make a better finish in the 84th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Alejandro Franco. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Wilkin Dickson ran back to his position shaking his head. Hanley Ibarra stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Prospero Cisco's shot from short distance in the 85th minute. 90 minutes into the game, Urban Jespersson cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 7-1. Hanley Ibarra was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. There was no doubt that AC Cibao were the better team. AC Cibao's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
