Zoheir Bendjedid didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Nadir Morceli went, in the 3rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. In the 10th minute Nadir Morceli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zoheir Bendjedid saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 15th minute, South Pittsburg AFC's Yasmina Ahmed dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. In the 19th minute, Abdelnasser Bruel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hocine Bentaala fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rafik Saïdi-Sief having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yasmina Ahmed in the 23rd minute of play forced Big Beaver AFC's goalkeeper Rafik Saïdi-Sief to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 27 minutes, Sid Bensaoula managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Big Beaver AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sid Bensaoula was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Nadir Morceli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Big Beaver AFC's Rafik Saïdi-Sief proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 38th minute of the match, managed to save Big Beaver AFC from getting a goal against them. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Nadir Morceli managed to get in a good position for a shot. Big Beaver AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Nadir Morceli was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zoheir Bendjedid breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yasmina Ahmed in the 45th minute of play forced Big Beaver AFC's goalkeeper Rafik Saïdi-Sief to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cheb N'Soumer kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Yasmina Ahmed made a kick off. After having played for 51 minutes, Sid Bensaoula managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Big Beaver AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sid Bensaoula was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Nadir Morceli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 54th minute of the match, Nadir Morceli tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Zoheir Bendjedid saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yasmina Ahmed in the 57th minute of play forced Big Beaver AFC's goalkeeper Rafik Saïdi-Sief to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, South Pittsburg AFC's Zoheir Bendjedid got control of the ball when Sid Bensaoula tried to sneak it across the goal line. Big Beaver AFC's Rafik Saïdi-Sief played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yasmina Ahmed in the 62nd minute of play. In the 68thth minute of the game Nadir Morceli who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but South Pittsburg AFC's Zoheir Bendjedid was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Boubekeur Abbas kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. Big Beaver AFC's Boudjemaa Hamdoud couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for South Pittsburg AFC. If Nadir Morceli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Boubekeur Abbas fell near the penalty area in the 76th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored South Pittsburg AFC's protests and gave Boubekeur Abbas a yellow card for diving instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hocine Bentaala in the 83rd minute of play forced Big Beaver AFC's goalkeeper Rafik Saïdi-Sief to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sid Bensaoula recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Big Beaver AFC players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
