Hakim Amara dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Center's Salim Mezdad got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 0-2 became the score in the 36th minute when Rachid Gallaire elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
