Spectators: 7441 (Terracing: 5582, Seating: 1711, VIP seats: 148) Jérôme Bearden started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After 7 minutes, Hubert Duvall mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cobourg FC and the Caliber FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 7th minute, Hubert Duvall hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Caliber FC were awarded a corner in the 9th minute after Cobourg FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Barney Tucker took the corner. The corner led Caliber FC's Barney Tucker to fire away a dangerous shot which Antione Dias despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Jordon Johnson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ivan Viens in the 15th minute of play. 23 minutes into the match, Cobourg FC's goalkeeper Antione Dias had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Moshe Steiner. Barney Tucker took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 33rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Antione Dias. Cobourg FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Basil Kenney recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Williams Duffy hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Basil Kenney was the one to do the kick off. Caliber FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 52nd minute, when Ivan Viens scored to the left of an out of position Jordon Johnson, making the score, 0-1. Antione Dias didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jérôme Bearden went, in the 57th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Jordon Johnson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hubert Duvall, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. A collision led to Cobourg FC getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Gonzalo Doherty hit a great ball. In the 70th minute, Jérôme Bearden ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Antione Dias was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Moshe Steiner sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Moshe Steiner had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jérôme Bearden received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Antione Dias tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 83 played minutes Cobourg FC got a freekick which was hit by Williams Duffy. In the 85th minute, Hubert Duvall hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Barney Tucker, 86 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. When Hubert Duvall was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 91 minutes had been played. Hubert Duvall kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. Cobourg FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
