After 19 played minutes Heriberto Bullard rounded Alma AFC's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-1. Alma AFC's Elbert Allain pulled a muscle in his leg after 23 minutes and couldn't finish the game. In the 23rd minute, one of Padlei:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Padlei. When Esmé Jarvis came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the Alma AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Esmé Jarvis couldn't finish the play. In the 31stth minute of the game Eloy Bateman who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Padlei's Hilaire Queen was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Eloy Bateman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 33rd minute, Antony Frey hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Stan Clayton was out of position in the 47 minute of play, and Myron Roe capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Myron Roe really showed his touch with that goal: 2-2.

A collision led to Alma AFC getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Garret Ladd hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Eloy Bateman kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Hilaire Queen. That made the score 2-3 in the 61 minute of play. 65 minutes into the match, Alma AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Myron Roe came free, but Stan Clayton reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 66 minutes into the game, Esmé Jarvis was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Alma AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Padlei the free kick. Esmé Jarvis kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. The Padlei supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Alma AFC's performance. The match ended with a win for Alma AFC.
