An unexpectedly hard shot by Don Felder in the 6th minute of play forced Whaletown FC's goalkeeper Arturo Adair to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Arturo Adair made an important save on a dangerous shot by Emil Valentine in the 8th minute. After having played for 10 minutes, Bertrand Tracy managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Whaletown FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bertrand Tracy was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Arnoldo Contreras struck a weak shot in the 12th minute. Randell Duhamel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Whaletown FC. The supporters of Brownsburg booed when Whaletown FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lindsey Rodrigues didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 60th minute, Emil Valentine got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 66th minute, Don Felder got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 73rd minute, Emil Valentine ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Arturo Adair was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. After some careless play in the Whaletown FC defense, Emil Valentine kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Arturo Adair. The Whaletown FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Arturo Adair should have stopped the shot. Arturo Adair made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Don Felder in the 81st minute of play. Bertrand Tracy recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Arnoldo Contreras received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Randell Duhamel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Whaletown FC's Bertrand Tracy got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
