Édouard McManus fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julian Pariseau having to interfere. In the 9th minute Édouard McManus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julian Pariseau saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 10th minute, Antonio Cummins ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Julian Pariseau was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Rocky Blue blasted a shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Phil George having to make a save. A collision led to Sebas Patriots getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Nicolas Peterson hit a great ball. Phil George took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rocky Blue, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 23rd minute of the match Scottie Steele shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Julian Pariseau showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Alfonso Adkins could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but Phil George made a huge save. After 31 played minutes Sebas Patriots got a freekick which was hit by Gerry Hathaway. Phil George made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rocky Blue in the 34th minute of play. 34 minutes into the game, Coy Lemaître was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sebas Patriots's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Drinnan the free kick. Édouard McManus might have been able to make a better finish in the 39th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Julian Pariseau. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Édouard McManus ran back to his position shaking his head. Phil George stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rocky Blue's shot from short distance in the 45th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Drinnan's zone, Édouard McManus stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Julian Pariseau came out of the goal and Édouard McManus tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Antonio Cummins to strike the kick off in the second half. Phil George showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rocky Blue in the 54th minute of the match. Antonio Cummins sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Antonio Cummins received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Julian Pariseau tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Alfonso Adkins had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cristopher Stafford's late challenge caught a Drinnan's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cristopher Stafford helped the player get up and apologised. Cristopher Stafford kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. 0-2 became the score in the 89th minute when Édouard McManus elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Nicolas Peterson's late challenge caught a Drinnan's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alfonso Adkins blasted a shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Phil George having to make a save.
