Spectators: 6736 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1736, VIP seats: 0) Valère Auclair started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Columbus Canales came out of the goal in the 2nd minute to try and stop a shot by Wallaceburg AFC's Frederick Barrera. But to his dismay, Frederick Barrera quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Séverin Ibarra in the 6th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Columbus Canales saved Quetico from getting behind. Willis Bartlett made an important save on a dangerous shot by Maynard Boudreaux in the 7th minute. A collision led to Wallaceburg AFC getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Frederick Barrera hit a great ball. Willis Bartlett showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valère Auclair, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. In the 25th minute Séverin Ibarra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Columbus Canales saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 26th minute Frederick Barrera shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Columbus Canales saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Wallaceburg AFC booed when Quetico was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cornelius Guy didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 34 played minutes, Wallaceburg AFC's Fernand Booker shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Columbus Canales came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Wallaceburg AFC reached it. Frederick Barrera struck a weak shot in the 37th minute. Columbus Canales didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Wallaceburg AFC. In the 38th match minute, Quetico was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Reuben Connelly to maneuver through the defense. Valère Auclair recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

With a little luck, Quetico's Columbus Canales got control of the ball when Séverin Ibarra tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 55th minute, Valère Auclair made a precise shot to the right of Willis Bartlett. Wallaceburg AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Séverin Ibarra managed to get in a good position for a shot. Wallaceburg AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Séverin Ibarra was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Columbus Canales breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 63rd minute, Frederick Barrera got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 66 minutes into the game, Herbert Labrie was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Quetico's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Wallaceburg AFC the free kick. A collision led to Quetico getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Herbert Labrie hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valère Auclair in the 69th minute of play forced Wallaceburg AFC's goalkeeper Willis Bartlett to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 69 played minutes Wallaceburg AFC got a freekick which was hit by Rainier Swartz. Jeffry Sterling kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. Wallaceburg AFC's Willis Bartlett played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Valère Auclair in the 91st minute of play. Valère Auclair received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Willis Bartlett tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 95 minutes, Maynard Boudreaux managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Quetico's supporters crossed their fingers, but Maynard Boudreaux was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
