Spectators: 5850 (Terracing: 4500, Seating: 1250, VIP seats: 100) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Jerrold Quinones took the kick off in the first half of the match. 3 minutes into the game, Aurèle Driver lined in a short shot 1-0 behind a frustrated Elias Sellers. Rocky Flaherty took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jerrold Quinones, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 10th minute, Aurèle Driver got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Otha Navarro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 13 minutes into the game, Lyndon Newman was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Richelieu FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Scona FC the free kick. A collision led to Richelieu FC getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Lyndon Newman hit a great ball. Scona FC's Aurèle Driver got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Richelieu FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 18th minute, when Aurèle Driver scored to the left of an out of position Elias Sellers, making the score, 2-0. After 23 minutes, Antoine Russ mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Richelieu FC and the Scona FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Richelieu FC's Antoine Russ got a free kick in the 23rd minute. Elias Sellers showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Otha Navarro, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Elias Sellers made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Otha Navarro in the 33rd minute of play. If Lyndon Newman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Jerrold Quinones struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Rocky Flaherty didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Richelieu FC. An unexpectedly hard shot by Otha Navarro in the 37th minute of play forced Richelieu FC's goalkeeper Elias Sellers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Scona FC's Edward Beaulieu got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Elias Sellers made a fantastic save in the 41st minute, when Aurèle Driver sent off a good shot on target. After 42 minutes, Ignace Wolfe mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Richelieu FC and the Scona FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Richelieu FC getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Ignace Wolfe hit a great ball. Aurèle Driver struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. Elias Sellers didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Scona FC. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Aurèle Driver made the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Aurèle Driver in the 52nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Elias Sellers saved Richelieu FC from getting behind. With his leg Rocky Flaherty managed to avoid a goal in the 54thth minute, when Richelieu FC's Antoine Russ fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Edward Beaulieu might have been able to make a better finish in the 56th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Elias Sellers. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Edward Beaulieu ran back to his position shaking his head. Rocky Flaherty took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jerrold Quinones, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Scona FC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Jerrold Quinones 64 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 3-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Otha Navarro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Scona FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Otha Navarro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Elias Sellers breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Edward Beaulieu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Elias Sellers tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lyndon Newman kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. Scona FC's Edward Beaulieu got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 78 minutes of play, Richelieu FC's Antoine Russ made it 3-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rocky Flaherty was left in no man's land by his defense there! Scona FC's Valentine Montano got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Aurèle Driver's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Elias Sellers was relentless in the 84th minute of the game. Otha Navarro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Otha Rousseau struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Elias Sellers didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Scona FC. 91 minutes into the match, Scona FC's Aurèle Driver sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Elias Sellers narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Edward Beaulieu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Elias Sellers having to make a save. When the referee ended the match the Scona FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
