Spectators: 6723 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1723, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Darryl Pelletier got the match started through his kick off. Oswaldo Conn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Darryl Pelletier, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. In the 24th minute Everette Goodson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oswaldo Conn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 26 minutes into the match, Sutton FC's goal looked a bit too open when Everette Goodson came free, but Oswaldo Conn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Darryl Pelletier recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Darryl Pelletier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Lasqueti's Darryl Pelletier in the 35th minute got a chance for a shot 35th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Sutton FC's goalie prevented a goal. After having played for 37 minutes, Aimé Weber managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sutton FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aimé Weber was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Vespasien Vincent kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. If Darryl Pelletier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Aimé Weber to make the kick off. Oswaldo Conn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Darryl Pelletier in the 51st minute of the match. 56 minutes into the match, Lasqueti's goal looked a bit too open when Aimé Weber came free, but Marshall Dupree reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Darryl Pelletier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 60 played minutes Sutton FC got a freekick which was hit by Percy Shields. After 61 played minutes Orville Heard scored with a long sweeping shot just to the left of Oswaldo Conn who was too lazy, 0-1. In the 65th minute, Aimé Weber got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Lasqueti's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Orville Heard in the 71st minute. A well-hit corner resulted in René George heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. In the 76th minute of the match René George shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Oswaldo Conn showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 81 minutes into the match, Sutton FC's goal looked a bit too open when Darryl Pelletier came free, but Oswaldo Conn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 84th minute, Aimé Weber managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sutton FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Aimé Weber was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marshall Dupree breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. César Laberge's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marshall Dupree read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 88th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Lasqueti's zone, Aimé Weber stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marshall Dupree came out of the goal and Aimé Weber tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The Lasqueti players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
