In the 7th minute, Sergio Shipp left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Weenusk fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Hassan Collier shot the penalty kick right outside the post. Godelieve Nicholson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sergio Shipp's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. Roman Flint made an important save on a dangerous shot by Derrick Lilly in the 24th minute. Headquarters FC's Godelieve Nicholson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Georges Rutledge in the 27th minute of play. Christian Self kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. A collision led to Weenusk getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Major Busque hit a great ball. Godelieve Nicholson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sergio Shipp, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 37th minute, Derrick Lilly managed to get in a good position for a shot. Headquarters FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Derrick Lilly was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Roman Flint breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Darrel Christiansen in the 40th minute of play forced Weenusk's goalkeeper Roman Flint to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Roman Flint made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Darrel Christiansen in the 44th minute of play. If Georges Rutledge had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 47 minutes, Buford Campbell mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Headquarters FC and the Weenusk players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Headquarters FC's Buford Campbell got a free kick in the 47th minute.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Darrel Christiansen was the one to do the kick off. Georges Rutledge sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sergio Shipp in the 59th minute of play forced Headquarters FC's goalkeeper Godelieve Nicholson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sergio Shipp got free with Godelieve Nicholson in the 64th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 66 minutes into the match, Weenusk's Sergio Shipp sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Godelieve Nicholson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 70th minute, Sergio Shipp hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Major Busque hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. Godelieve Nicholson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sergio Shipp, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Darrel Christiansen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Roman Flint tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sergio Shipp in the 87th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Godelieve Nicholson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Major Busque received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Godelieve Nicholson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Godelieve Nicholson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Georges Rutledge went, in the 93rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Weenusk eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
