Without hesitation aimed to the right of Sammy Koehler, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After 13 played minutes Québec FC got a freekick which was hit by Lauren Rosen. In the 17th minute, one of Bacotville AFC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Bacotville AFC. Austin Dennis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dennis Durham, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute.
