In the 3rd minute, Lino Timmons got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Donte Darling made an important save on a dangerous shot by Justin Colvin in the 5th minute. If Kristopher Roman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Thornhill's Jonas Blackman got a free kick in the 14th minute. Lino Timmons sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jonas Blackman in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Augustine Bondy prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of Thornhill booed when Coulter FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ellis Odell didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Jonas Blackman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 31 minutes into the game, Jamal Polk was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Coulter FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Thornhill the free kick. Jamal Polk hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. Garry Heard, 32 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Kristopher Roman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Augustine Bondy tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 41 minutes, Kristopher Roman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Thornhill's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kristopher Roman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jude Starr hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kristopher Roman in the 43rd minute of play forced Coulter FC's goalkeeper Augustine Bondy to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 48th minute, Kristopher Roman managed to get in a good position for a shot. Thornhill's supporters rose to their feet, but Kristopher Roman was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Augustine Bondy breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Kristopher Roman's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Augustine Bondy firmly grabbed it by the left post. Augustine Bondy took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jonas Blackman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Justin Colvin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Garry Heard walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. Kristopher Roman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Augustine Bondy having to interfere. If Justin Colvin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lino Timmons sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lino Timmons in the 78th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Donte Darling prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Bradly Hewitt kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. When Justin Colvin came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the Coulter FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Justin Colvin couldn't finish the play. Justin Colvin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cory Wooten kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. When Justin Colvin got free in front of the goal in the 91st minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Donte Darling was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Coulter FC's Augustine Bondy proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 97th minute of the match, managed to save Coulter FC from getting a goal against them. The Thornhill players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
