Melocheville's Cristopher Wynn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rudolf Grier in the 13th minute of play. After 14 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Melocheville! Keneth Watt placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! 23 minutes into the game, Daniel Brunault cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Cristopher Wynn was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Rudolf Grier fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cristopher Wynn having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Mitchell Hoyt managed to get in a good position for a shot. Melocheville's supporters rose to their feet, but Mitchell Hoyt was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Julien Carlisle breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Fritz Gomez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Julien Carlisle showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Simon Morris in the 34th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rudolf Grier in the 47th minute of play forced Melocheville's goalkeeper Cristopher Wynn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

After having played for 62 minutes, Simon Morris managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Melocheville's supporters crossed their fingers, but Simon Morris was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Cristopher Wynn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rudolf Grier, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Rudolf Grier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Melocheville's Mitchell Hoyt got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 73rd match minute, Woking was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dannie Dent to maneuver through the defense. 84 minutes into the match, Woking's goal looked a bit too open when Simon Morris came free, but Julien Carlisle reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Woking's Julien Carlisle played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mitchell Hoyt in the 85th minute of play. 89 minutes into the match, Melocheville's Frankie Généreux broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Woking eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
