The audience was convinced that Granville Richards's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Augustin Faure was relentless in the 4th minute of the game. Sully were furious when Darius Kaufman was red carded, 6 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 5th minute of the game. One of Sully:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Rosetown FC:s goal. In the 8th minute, the referee gave Rosetown FC a penalty. Buddy McCloud looked confident and blasted the ball into goal by the left post, totally unstoppable for Augustin Faure. Augustin Faure showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Granville Richards in the 11th minute of the match. 16 minutes into the match, Sully's goalkeeper Augustin Faure had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Stanton Rose. 17 minutes into the match, Sully's goal looked a bit too open when Granville Richards came free, but Augustin Faure reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Stanton Rose sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 24th minute, Leopoldo Lincoln hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Granville Richards in the 28th minute of play forced Sully's goalkeeper Augustin Faure to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Rob LondeLalonde managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sully's supporters rose to their feet, but Rob LondeLalonde was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jed McDaniel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The Rosetown FC fans' excitement grew in the 33rd match minute when Rosetown FC's Stanton Rose looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Leopoldo Lincoln kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. Jed McDaniel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isiah Covillon in the 40th minute of play.

Stanton Rose fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Augustin Faure having to interfere. A collision led to Sully getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Leopoldo Lincoln hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Granville Richards in the 62nd minute of play forced Sully's goalkeeper Augustin Faure to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Stanton Rose received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Augustin Faure tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 69 in the game Sully's Leopoldo Lincoln showed how dangerous he can be in front of the goal when he by his own managed to get a clear opportunity for a shot. The following shot went just left of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Stanton Rose managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rosetown FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Stanton Rose was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Augustin Faure breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The throw-in from Léopold Marseau in the 75th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Sully's Isiah Covillon. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stanton Rose in the 76th minute of play forced Sully's goalkeeper Augustin Faure to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 78th match minute, Sully was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rob LondeLalonde to maneuver through the defense. Augustin Faure showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stanton Rose, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. If Stanton Rose had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Sully's Isiah Covillon got a free kick in the 86th minute. Granville Richards received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Augustin Faure tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee blew the final whistle, Rosetown FC could leave the field as winners, despite Sully having more of the ball for most of the match.
