Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Joan Edmonds took the kick off in the first half of the match. With a little luck, Ochiltree's Filiberto Hay got control of the ball when James Wise tried to sneak it across the goal line. 9 minutes into the match, Ochiltree's goalkeeper Filiberto Hay had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Felipe Thomson. After 9 minutes, Emmanuel Hope mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Wingard and the Ochiltree players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 9 played minutes Wingard got a freekick which was hit by Emmanuel Hope. Alvaro Beverly took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bill McKenzie, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Thurman Medley during the 17th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 23rd minute, Bill McKenzie hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Joan Edmonds scored 0-1 in the 26th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Alvaro Beverly, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Joan Edmonds in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alvaro Beverly prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Wingard's Alvaro Beverly played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bill McKenzie in the 31st minute of play. In the 34thth minute of the game James Wise who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ochiltree's Filiberto Hay was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 35 minutes into the match, Bill McKenzie notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Wingard's Alvaro Beverly. Alvaro Beverly was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Alvaro Beverly made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bill McKenzie in the 40th minute of play. 42 minutes into the match, Wingard's Felipe Thomson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Filiberto Hay narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 44 played minutes Wingard got a freekick which was hit by Felipe Thomson. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and James Wise made a kick off. In the 85th minute, Joan Edmonds made a precise shot to the right of Alvaro Beverly. Wingard's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-4. Joan Edmonds fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alvaro Beverly having to interfere. Darrin LeBatelier fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Filiberto Hay having to interfere. Alvaro Beverly made a fantastic save in the 99th minute, when Bill McKenzie sent off a good shot on target. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Ochiltree had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
