The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The wind increased when Leopoldo Lincoln made the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Kincardine AFC's zone, Isaac Middleton stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Stéphane Zamora came out of the goal and Isaac Middleton tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 64 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Sully! The referee gave Kincardine AFC a penalty, 66 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Evrard Gonzales, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Sully's Augustin Faure. 1-0. Sully's Augustin Faure played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Berry Larsen in the 69th minute of play. Auguste Bullard struck a weak shot in the 73rd minute. Augustin Faure didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kincardine AFC. A collision led to Sully getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Isaac Middleton hit a great ball. After having played for 78 minutes, Isaac Middleton managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sully's supporters crossed their fingers, but Isaac Middleton was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 87th minute Taylor Craig shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Augustin Faure saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Isaac Middleton fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stéphane Zamora having to interfere. A collision led to Sully getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Felton Busby hit a great ball. Augustin Faure made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Auguste Bullard in the 94th minute of play. Sully's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Kincardine AFC had won, even though Sully had held more of the ball.
