Spectators: 7625 (Terracing: 5720, Seating: 1753, VIP seats: 152) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Boyd Paulson got the match started through his kick off. 3 minutes into the game, Wyatt Roark was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Chetican FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FriBeRtz FC the free kick. After a rather tough play, Chetican FC's Wyatt Roark got a free kick in the 4th minute. After 8 minutes, Romeo Duff mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Chetican FC and the FriBeRtz FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 8th minute, Romeo Duff hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marcelo Simard kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. In the 13th minute Jose Grove shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alberto Moreira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jose Grove sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 16 minutes into the match, FriBeRtz FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jose Grove came free, but Alberto Moreira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Francesco Demers had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Romeo Duff got his second yellow card in the match during the 29th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After 30 played minutes Chetican FC got a freekick which was hit by Romeo Duff. In the 38th minute, Benjamin Corbett got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 41 minutes into the game, Francesco Demers recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Gary Lipscomb. Francesco Demers showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. If Francesco Demers had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Francesco Demers made a kick off. After having played for 55 minutes, Jose Grove managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Chetican FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jose Grove was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Chetican FC's Gary Lipscomb played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Francesco Demers in the 56th minute of play. After having played for 59 minutes, Francesco Demers managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FriBeRtz FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Francesco Demers was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Marcelo Simard received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Gary Lipscomb tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Francesco Demers fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gary Lipscomb having to interfere. If Benjamin Corbett had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benjamin Corbett in the 73rd minute of play forced Chetican FC's goalkeeper Gary Lipscomb to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 74th minute FriBeRtz FC were awarded a corner. Brendan Emerson went to the cornerflag to take it. Brendan Emerson made a great header on FriBeRtz FC's corner, it was just that Chetican FC's Gary Lipscomb managed to reach the ball for a save. After 89 played minutes Chetican FC got a freekick which was hit by Buster Lajeunesse. Francesco Demers struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Gary Lipscomb didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FriBeRtz FC. Francesco Demers received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Gary Lipscomb tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
