Spectators: 6730 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1730, VIP seats: 0) Rosario Blair made the kick off and thus started the match. Rosario Blair received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Mohammad Hartley tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 8th minute Alphonse Woodall shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mohammad Hartley saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 11 minutes, Josh Saunders mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Yale and the Rancheria FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 12th minute, Milton Bonenfant sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Yale's Mohammad Hartley didn't even have to move. The supporters of Rancheria FC booed when Yale was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Josh Saunders didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Yale's zone, Rosario Blair stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mohammad Hartley came out of the goal and Rosario Blair tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 26 minutes into the game, Alphonse Woodall cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Mohammad Hartley was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Rosario Blair fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mohammad Hartley having to interfere. In the 37th match minute, Yale was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Richie Greer to maneuver through the defense. Alphonse Woodall scored 0-2 in the 43rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mohammad Hartley, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.

The wind increased when Franklin Bourget made the kick off in the second half. After 55 played minutes Rancheria FC got a freekick which was hit by Dee Gee. After having played for 58 minutes, Franklin Bourget managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Yale's supporters crossed their fingers, but Franklin Bourget was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Rancheria FC's Bryon Wu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Franklin Bourget in the 59th minute of play. Mohammad Hartley made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alphonse Woodall in the 68th minute. In the 70th minute, Alphonse Woodall made a precise shot to the right of Mohammad Hartley. Yale's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. After a rather tough play, Rancheria FC's Alphonse Woodall got a free kick in the 72nd minute. 74 minutes into the match, Yale's Ethan Harrell sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bryon Wu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 93rd minute, Alphonse Woodall hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bryon Wu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Franklin Bourget in the 95th minute of play. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Rancheria FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
