Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Terence Elliot took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 4th minute, Duncan Paulson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Watson's Colombain Romano couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 5th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Cliffside. Cliffside's Deon Kay played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lamar Tardif in the 7th minute of play. Thanks to some nice moves Alonzo Rowley could shoot a difficult shot in the 8th minute, which Deon Kay however easily saved by the left post. If Terence Elliot had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alonzo Rowley got free with Deon Kay in the 11th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jose Becker took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alexis Ellison, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 22 minutes into the game, Watson's Alonzo Rowley nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Deon Kay made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Colombain Romano, 34 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. After a rather tough play, Watson's Wally Sabourin got a free kick in the 35th minute. Alexis Ellison fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jose Becker having to interfere. When Terence Elliot came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the Cliffside fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Terence Elliot couldn't finish the play. Jose Becker showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alexis Ellison in the 45th minute of the match. If Alexis Ellison had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Lamar Tardif was the one to do the kick off. Deon Kay showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alonzo Rowley in the 54th minute of the match. The referee ignored Cliffside's protests and gave Lawrence Donnelly a yellow card for diving instead. In the 66th match minute, Cliffside was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lawrence Donnelly to maneuver through the defense. In the 67th minute of the match Colombain Romano sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Deon Kay skillfully saved the ball. Lamar Tardif fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Deon Kay having to interfere. Lawrence Donnelly was shown his second yellow card after 69 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After 70 played minutes Cliffside got a freekick which was hit by Lawrence Donnelly. If Lamar Tardif had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 75th minute, Alonzo Rowley made a precise shot to the right of Deon Kay. Cliffside's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. 80 minutes into the match, Alexis Ellison had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jose Becker. Watson's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alexis Ellison was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1.
