Edward Alvarado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lamar Tardif, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Edward Alvarado was out of position in the 20 minute of play, and Alonzo Rowley capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Alonzo Rowley really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. With a little luck, Its Always Sunny's Edward Alvarado got control of the ball when Lazare Loomis tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 25th minute, Lamar Tardif reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Edward Alvarado. The goal made the score 2-0. In the 28th minute, Deon Stratton hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wally Sabourin in the 32nd minute of play forced Its Always Sunny's goalkeeper Edward Alvarado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 33 played minutes Its Always Sunny got a freekick which was hit by Karl Davignon. An unexpectedly hard shot by Buster Vincent in the 36th minute of play forced Watson's goalkeeper Jose Becker to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Its Always Sunny's Edward Alvarado got control of the ball when Lazare Loomis tried to sneak it across the goal line. Lazare Loomis received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Edward Alvarado came out and tried to block the shot, but Lazare Loomis slotted it home off the left post making it 3-0 in the 46th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

Wally Sabourin's late challenge caught a Its Always Sunny's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Wally Sabourin helped the player get up and apologised. In the 53rd minute, Wally Sabourin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Watson's Wally Sabourin got a free kick in the 55th minute. 63 minutes into the match, Its Always Sunny's goal looked a bit too open when Lazare Loomis came free, but Edward Alvarado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Edward Alvarado was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. 80 minutes into the match, Its Always Sunny's goal looked a bit too open when Lamar Tardif came free, but Edward Alvarado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alonzo Rowley took the ball and in the 81 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Edward Alvarado. Edward Alvarado dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. Edward Alvarado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lazare Loomis in the 84th minute of play. Its Always Sunny's Edward Alvarado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lamar Tardif in the 86th minute of play. In the 89th minute Lazare Loomis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edward Alvarado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 90 minutes into the match, Its Always Sunny's goal looked a bit too open when Wally Sabourin came free, but Edward Alvarado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 97th minute, Lazare Loomis ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Edward Alvarado was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Watson fully deserved thier win.
