Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Gaston Boyce started the match with the kick off. Mr.ogg's Rivaldo Leroux got a good chance for a goal in the 11th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 13 minutes into the match, Leland Aguirre notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Matapedia's Hilton Tracy. Hilton Tracy was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Leland Aguirre sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Theodore Metz hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Hilton Tracy showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rivaldo Leroux, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. 24 minutes in the game, Gaston Boyce fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Berry Elias having to interfere. After 27th play minutes Rivaldo Leroux shot 0-2, a short shot which went by Hilton Tracy and just under the crossbar into goal. 30 minutes into the match, Gaston Boyce had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Berry Elias. Mr.ogg's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gaston Boyce was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. Berry Elias made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gaston Boyce in the 44th minute of play. If Gaston Boyce had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Leland Aguirre made a kick off. In the 52nd minute, Bradly McGee hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Matapedia's Hilton Tracy proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 53rd minute of the match, managed to save Matapedia from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Theodore Metz in the 55th minute of play forced Mr.ogg's goalkeeper Berry Elias to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 57 minutes into the match, Lindsay Staples had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Berry Elias. Mr.ogg's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lindsay Staples was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. 60 minutes into the game, Theodore Metz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Matapedia's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mr.ogg the free kick. After 60 played minutes Matapedia got a freekick which was hit by Theodore Metz. Rivaldo Leroux in the 61stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Hilton Tracy, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 66th minute Gaston Boyce shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Berry Elias saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 70 minutes into the match, Matapedia's Gaston Boyce sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Berry Elias narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Hilton Tracy showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leland Aguirre, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. In the 79th minute the ball was on its way in behind Mr.ogg's goalkeeper Berry Elias, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 81st minute Leland Aguirre shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hilton Tracy saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Gaston Boyce's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Berry Elias was relentless in the 86th minute of the game. After 87 played minutes Mr.ogg got a freekick which was hit by Felipe Richardson. Mr.ogg's Berry Elias played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lindsay Staples in the 91st minute of play. After 93 minutes of play, Matapedia's Gaston Boyce made it 3-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Berry Elias was left in no man's land by his defense there! Lindsay Staples struck a weak shot in the 96th minute. Berry Elias didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Matapedia. Matapedia were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Mr.ogg for a fine match.
