Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Riley Gonzales started the match with the kick off. Mississauga Mavericks's Mitch Nguyen got a good chance for a goal in the 8th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Rodrick Crow came out of the goal in the 14th minute to try and stop a shot by Mississauga Mavericks's Mitch Nguyen. But to his dismay, Mitch Nguyen quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Deangelo Hand hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Rodrick Crow took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Riley Gonzales, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 27 played minutes, Mississauga Mavericks's Reginald Tyler shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Rodrick Crow came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Mississauga Mavericks reached it. Renard Stovall made a fantastic save in the 35th minute, when Augustus Gaulin sent off a good shot on target. Augustus Gaulin kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Riley Gonzales in the 43rd minute of play forced Garnish C's goalkeeper Rodrick Crow to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Romain Barry made a kick off. Mississauga Mavericks's Darryl Huang got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 55 minutes into the game, Riley Gonzales cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Rodrick Crow was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 58th minute, one of Mississauga Mavericks:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Mississauga Mavericks. In the 60th minute there was a penalty for Garnish C. Dominique Sampson stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Renard Stovall. 1-2. Mitch Nguyen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Rodrick Crow tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Romain Barry sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 73rd match minute, Mississauga Mavericks was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rick McDermott to maneuver through the defense. Dominique Sampson, 74 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. 78 minutes into the match, Mississauga Mavericks's goal looked a bit too open when Augustus Gaulin came free, but Renard Stovall reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Romain Barry received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Renard Stovall tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Mississauga Mavericks's zone, Romain Barry stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Renard Stovall came out of the goal and Romain Barry tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 94 minutes into the game, Garnish C's Augustus Gaulin nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Renard Stovall made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. Augustus Gaulin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 98th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Renard Stovall having to interfere. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
