Spectators: 8114 (Terracing: 6087, Seating: 1866, VIP seats: 161) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Albert Cornelius made the kick off which started today's match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Albert Cornelius in the 4th minute of play forced Vassar's goalkeeper Chris Labelle to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Damien Hays took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kareem Lemaître, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 10th minute, Kareem Lemaître managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vassar's supporters rose to their feet, but Kareem Lemaître was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Damien Hays breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Vassar's Romeo Carnes got a free kick in the 18th minute. 20 minutes into the game, Wembley's Trevor LaGarde nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Chris Labelle made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Trevor LaGarde took the ball and in the 23 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Chris Labelle. Chris Labelle dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonathan Macias in the 27th minute of play forced Wembley's goalkeeper Damien Hays to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 27 minutes, Filiberto Hand mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Wembley and the Vassar players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 28th minute, Filiberto Hand hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Kareem Lemaître had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 30 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Wembley! The referee gave Vassar a penalty, 32 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Romeo Carnes, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Wembley's Damien Hays. 2-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jonathan Macias in the 38th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Damien Hays prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 39th match minute, Wembley was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Filiberto Hand to maneuver through the defense. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

With a little luck, Wembley's Damien Hays got control of the ball when Jonathan Macias tried to sneak it across the goal line. Kareem Lemaître kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Vassar's Jonathan Macias got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jonathan Macias received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Damien Hays tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Wembley getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Jonah Casey hit a great ball. 75 minutes into the match, Wembley's goalkeeper Damien Hays had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jonathan Macias. In the 75th match minute, Wembley was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ambroise Burrell to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Wembley's zone, Leonard Burr stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Damien Hays came out of the goal and Leonard Burr tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 79 played minutes Vassar got a freekick which was hit by Romeo Carnes. Chris Labelle took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Albert Cornelius, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 83rd minute Trevor LaGarde shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Chris Labelle saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Edmund Rich during the 85th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 84th minute of the game. One of Wembley:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Vassar:s goal. 87 minutes into the match, Romeo Carnes had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Damien Hays. Wembley's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Romeo Carnes was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. Leonard Burr blasted a shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Damien Hays having to make a save. Vassar's Chris Labelle played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Trevor LaGarde in the 93rd minute of play. Damien Hays showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kareem Lemaître, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute.
