Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Reggie Metcalf kicked off to start the match. Brice Gaulin scored 0-1 in the 3rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Norman Dumas, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. With an all-out effort, Waterloo Warriors's Barnabé Rutledge threw himself towards the right post 6 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Lambert McDermott, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After 12 played minutes Waterloo Warriors got a freekick which was hit by Dannie Gunter. After a defensive mix-up in Waterloo Warriors's zone, Reggie Metcalf stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Norman Dumas came out of the goal and Reggie Metcalf tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Norman Dumas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Reggie Metcalf, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Reggie Metcalf in the 18th minute of play forced Waterloo Warriors's goalkeeper Norman Dumas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Reggie Metcalf came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the Cowley fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Reggie Metcalf couldn't finish the play. Lambert McDermott was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 21st minute. Waterloo Warriors's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Waterloo Warriors's Norman Dumas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leland Jacobs in the 26th minute of play. Norman Dumas came out of the goal in the 29th minute to try and stop a shot by Cowley's Reggie Metcalf. But to his dismay, Reggie Metcalf quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. After 32 played minutes Waterloo Warriors got a freekick which was hit by Marcel Currie. Brice Gaulin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 36 minutes, Brice Gaulin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cowley's supporters crossed their fingers, but Brice Gaulin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Reggie Metcalf had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Reggie Metcalf fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Norman Dumas having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Lambert McDermott stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Dannie Gunter hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. In the 55thth minute of the game Reggie Metcalf who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Waterloo Warriors's Norman Dumas was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Reggie Metcalf came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the Cowley fans jumped to their feet. Norman Dumas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Reggie Metcalf in the 72nd minute of the match. Reggie Metcalf fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Norman Dumas having to interfere. In the 78th minute the ball was on its way in behind Waterloo Warriors's goalkeeper Norman Dumas, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Waterloo Warriors's Norman Dumas proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 88th minute of the match, managed to save Waterloo Warriors from getting a goal against them. Brice Gaulin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Norman Dumas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 94 minutes into the match, Waterloo Warriors's goalkeeper Norman Dumas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Brice Gaulin. An unexpectedly hard shot by Reggie Metcalf in the 95th minute of play forced Waterloo Warriors's goalkeeper Norman Dumas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the final whistle sounded Cowley left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Waterloo Warriors.
