An unexpectedly hard shot by Alfred Deschamps in the 11th minute of play forced Low's goalkeeper Elmo Casey to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 13 minutes into the match, South Park CN's goal looked a bit too open when Rémy Webber came free, but Thad Béland reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Low's Ermenegilde Marcum got a free kick in the 14th minute. Low's Elmo Casey played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edgar Misiorowski in the 17th minute of play. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Chance Powers sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ahmad Payne hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Low's Elmo Casey played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edgar Misiorowski in the 31st minute of play. During the 31st minute of the match Ermenegilde Marcum completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Ermenegilde Marcum a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Elmo Casey took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alfred Deschamps, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match had gone on for 36 minutes, Ahmad Payne took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Thad Béland to make any attempt to save it. Elmo Casey made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edgar Misiorowski in the 39th minute of play. Jonas Jolicoeur was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 43 minutes into the match. In a very dangerous position, a player in Low fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 42nd minute. Penalty! Alfred Deschamps walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. In the 48th minute, Chong Pack hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. South Park CN's Alfred Deschamps got a good chance for a goal in the 49th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Chong Pack was the one to do the kick off. Benjamin Lacombe could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 54th minute of the match, but Elmo Casey made a huge save. With a little luck, Low's Elmo Casey got control of the ball when Tod Lutz tried to sneak it across the goal line. Elmo Casey showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alfred Deschamps in the 63rd minute of the match. 65 minutes into the match, Edgar Misiorowski had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Elmo Casey. Low's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Edgar Misiorowski was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. The throw-in from Tod Lutz in the 70th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Low's Noble Manning. Elmo Casey made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Larry Hyatt in the 71st minute of play. Edgar Misiorowski's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Elmo Casey firmly grabbed it by the left post. 76 minutes into the match, Alfred Deschamps had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Elmo Casey. Low's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alfred Deschamps was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. The Low fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-3. In the 96th minute Chong Pack shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thad Béland saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 97 minutes into the match, South Park CN's goal looked a bit too open when Chong Pack came free, but Thad Béland reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Benjamin Lacombe kicked well hit freekick during the 99th minute of the match. South Park CN played a much better game than Low and deserved their victory. The Low players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
