Magdalena's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Zigor Aballe was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. 18 minutes into the match, Huari Centenario's Camilo Abancens sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Endura Abadie narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Zigor Aballe managed to get in a good position for a shot. Huari Centenario's supporters rose to their feet, but Zigor Aballe was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Endura Abadie breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Xurdin Abascal during the 32nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After some careless play in the Magdalena defense, Rodolfo Abellaneda kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Endura Abadie. The Magdalena fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Endura Abadie should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zigor Aballe in the 42nd minute of play forced Magdalena's goalkeeper Endura Abadie to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Magdalena players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Huari Centenario were winning 0-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Xurdin Abascal to make the kick off. Endura Abadie stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Camilo Abancens's shot from short distance in the 55th minute. Camilo Abancens recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Huari Centenario's Rodolfo Abellaneda got a free kick in the 61st minute. Magdalena's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Jaunti Abechuco in the 65th minute. Jaunti Abechuco made a great header on Magdalena's corner, it was just that Huari Centenario's Lizardi Abeita managed to reach the ball for a save. 66 minutes into the game, Huari Centenario's Camilo Abancens nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Endura Abadie made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Xurdin Abascal kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. Camilo Abancens received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Endura Abadie came out and tried to block the shot, but Camilo Abancens slotted it home off the left post making it 0-4 in the 71st minute. When Zigor Aballe came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the Huari Centenario fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Zigor Aballe couldn't finish the play. The Huari Centenario fans' excitement grew in the 79th match minute when Huari Centenario's Zigor Aballe looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-5 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After a rather tough play, Magdalena's Gervasio Abel got a free kick in the 82nd minute. Magdalena's Endura Abadie proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 83rd minute of the match, managed to save Magdalena from getting a goal against them. If Camilo Abancens had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a rather tough play, Huari Centenario's Filomeno Abellaneda got a free kick in the 88th minute. Zigor Aballe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Endura Abadie having to interfere. In the 94thth minute of the game Camilo Abancens who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Magdalena's Endura Abadie was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Endura Abadie took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Camilo Abancens, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Huari Centenario had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
