The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Modestio Abad during the 17th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 17th minute, Modestio Abad hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Modestio Abad came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the Wolverines fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Modestio Abad couldn't finish the play. The Felini fans' excitement grew in the 28th match minute when Felini's Bikendi Abello looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Alberto Abello took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bikendi Abello, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 36th minute the ball was on its way in behind Felini's goalkeeper Teofilo Abella, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ariel Abaurre sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Bikendi Abello in the 56th minute of play forced Wolverines's goalkeeper Alberto Abello to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 62 minutes into the match, Wolverines's goalkeeper Alberto Abello had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gizon Abarca. If Gizon Abarca had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Gizon Abarca could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 71st minute of the match, but Alberto Abello made a huge save. Bikendi Abello sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gizon Abarca fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alberto Abello having to interfere. Alberto Abello took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bikendi Abello, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Felini's Gizon Abarca got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Alberto Abello was a little too slow when Bikendi Abello got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 88th minute. The score was now 1-4. Alberto Abello made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eate Abalos in the 93rd minute. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Felini had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
