The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cordero Castañondo during the 57th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. If Florian Ontaneda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 79 minutes into the match, Novillos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Florian Ontaneda came free, but Petrigai Rios reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zuriko Lizaso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Petrigai Rios tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Zuriko Lizaso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Novillos FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
