In the 23rdth minute of the game Isaio Mendieta who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Gremio Aletico Clube's Martin Casias was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Serapio Brunet kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. If Zoil Orue had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Francho Urruchua came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the Gremio Aletico Clube fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Francho Urruchua couldn't finish the play. 31 minutes into the match, Gremio Aletico Clube's goal looked a bit too open when Zoil Orue came free, but Martin Casias reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Porfiro Trueba fell near the penalty area in the 32nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Barrancas's protests and gave Porfiro Trueba a yellow card for diving instead. Porfiro Trueba kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. Francho Urruchua recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Francho Urruchua received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Zumar Lerin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Derwin Asturias fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zumar Lerin having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Laurendi Navajas in the 42nd minute of play forced Barrancas's goalkeeper Zumar Lerin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Chan Olate's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Zumar Lerin firmly grabbed it by the left post. The supporters of Barrancas booed when Gremio Aletico Clube was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Chan Olate didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 48th minute Zoil Orue shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Martin Casias saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

After having played for 52 minutes, Hanot Majua managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Barrancas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hanot Majua was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Serapio Brunet hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 73 minutes into the game, Gremio Aletico Clube's Francho Urruchua nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Zumar Lerin made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Barrancas's Zumar Lerin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Chan Olate in the 76th minute of play. Martin Casias showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zoil Orue in the 78th minute of the match. When Chan Olate came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the Gremio Aletico Clube fans jumped to their feet.
