Spectators: 6716 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1716, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Rene Ser started the match with the kick off. 6 minutes into the game, Lago MerinFC Marine's Serafin Tipi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jobo Chaniz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Hotz Oñiderra blasted a shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jobo Chaniz having to make a save. Hotz Oñiderra got in the 18th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Jobo Chaniz handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. Lago MerinFC Marine's Roch Gibowski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save Lago MerinFC Marine from getting a goal against them. Jobo Chaniz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hotz Oñiderra in the 26th minute of play. A collision led to Sacramento FC getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Rene Ser hit a great ball. Hotz Oñiderra fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jobo Chaniz having to interfere. After 41 played minutes Sacramento FC got a freekick which was hit by Orlan Castruita. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Serafin Tipi in the 43rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jobo Chaniz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Lago MerinFC Marine's Hotz Oñiderra got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 47th minute, Stanislao Marine hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

In the 56th match minute, Sacramento FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pio Azaceta to maneuver through the defense. 60 minutes into the match, Sacramento FC's goal looked a bit too open when Hotz Oñiderra came free, but Jobo Chaniz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jobo Chaniz came out of the goal in the 61st minute to try and stop a shot by Lago MerinFC Marine's Hotz Oñiderra. But to his dismay, Hotz Oñiderra quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. In the 65th minute, Hotz Oñiderra fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Jobo Chaniz, passed just outside the right post. If David Buey had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 70th minute, Lago MerinFC Marine's Hotz Oñiderra dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-3. After 74 minutes, Serafin Tipi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Lago MerinFC Marine and the Sacramento FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 78th play minutes Serafin Tipi shot 0-4, a short shot which went by Jobo Chaniz and just under the crossbar into goal. Serafin Tipi struck a weak shot in the 83rd minute. Jobo Chaniz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lago MerinFC Marine. Hotz Oñiderra received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Jobo Chaniz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Hotz Oñiderra's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jobo Chaniz was relentless in the 89th minute of the game. The Lago MerinFC Marine fans' excitement grew in the 89th match minute when Lago MerinFC Marine's Hotz Oñiderra looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-5 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Jobo Chaniz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Serafin Tipi in the 92nd minute of play. In a very dangerous position, a player in Sacramento FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 96th minute. Penalty!
