If Aaron Quexada had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Buceo's Xabier Salgado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gergori Tagle in the 5th minute of play. A collision led to Orgoroso AFC getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Cheche Rabanera hit a great ball. Aaron Quexada could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Xabier Salgado made a huge save. In the 19th minute, Eutor Buenaga hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Gergori Tagle had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aaron Quexada's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 28thth minute, Xabier Salgado skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After a rather tough play, Orgoroso AFC's Cheche Rabanera got a free kick in the 29th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Aaron Quexada managed to get in a good position for a shot. Orgoroso AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Aaron Quexada was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Xabier Salgado breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 36th minute, Atarrabi Amoros hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Paz Rubiero's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Orkatz Carcedo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 46th minute of play. Paz Rubiero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Neto Avila to make the kick off. Buceo's Xabier Salgado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gergori Tagle in the 57th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Neto Avila in the 61st minute of play forced Orgoroso AFC's goalkeeper Orkatz Carcedo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 64th minute, Orgoroso AFC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Paz Rubiero fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Aaron Quexada recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Aaron Quexada fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Xabier Salgado having to interfere. Aaron Quexada might have been able to make a better finish in the 78th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Xabier Salgado. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Aaron Quexada ran back to his position shaking his head. After having played for 90 minutes, Eutor Buenaga managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Buceo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eutor Buenaga was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The Buceo players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Orgoroso AFC from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
