Spectators: 6706 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1706, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Silverio Millares kicked off to start the match. 4 minutes into the match, Conchillas's goal looked a bit too open when Nisio Argumosa came free, but Geofredo Lomelin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Roberto Castrillo was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 17 minutes had been played. The supporters of Conchillas booed when Peñarol de Corrales was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roberto Castrillo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Silverio Millares did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-0 to the left of a surprised Paulino Tejeyra 21 minutes into the match. Soin Calzon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Paulino Tejeyra tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 29 minutes, Soin Calzon made it 3-0 with a short kick to the right side. Peñarol de Corrales's Paulino Tejeyra tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ricart Marques got free with Paulino Tejeyra in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Soin Calzon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paulino Tejeyra having to interfere. In the 43rd minute, Lino Cerna hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Silverio Millares's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Paulino Tejeyra was relentless in the 44th minute of the game. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Baumer Paderniga made a kick off. In the 53rd minute Silverio Millares shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paulino Tejeyra saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Silverio Millares sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Conchillas booed when Peñarol de Corrales was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leonides Sagasti didn't get a good kick on the ball. Paulino Tejeyra showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Soin Calzon in the 64th minute of the match. Marciano Lomeli fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Geofredo Lomelin having to interfere. Peñarol de Corrales's Paulino Tejeyra played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Soin Calzon in the 90th minute of play. Conchillas's Soin Calzon got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Conchillas had won after a very even match.
