Spectators: 7500 (Terracing: 5875, Seating: 1575, VIP seats: 50) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Blasco Peredo made the kick off which started today's match. Inge Freire's late challenge caught a Palmitas's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Inge Freire helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Valdense FC's Inge Freire got a free kick in the 4th minute. Blasco Peredo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Gian-Carlo Ahelle tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Palmitas's Gian-Carlo Ahelle played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Manni Fontecavada in the 16th minute of play. If Gartzen Docio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 22 minutes into the game, Naike Bildosteguy was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Valdense FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Palmitas the free kick. After 22 played minutes Valdense FC got a freekick which was hit by Naike Bildosteguy. Gartzen Docio in the 23rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Mario Lazaeta, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gartzen Docio in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mario Lazaeta saved Valdense FC from getting behind. The audience was convinced that Gartzen Docio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mario Lazaeta was relentless in the 31st minute of the game. A collision led to Valdense FC getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Naike Bildosteguy hit a great ball. Valdense FC's Mario Lazaeta proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to save Valdense FC from getting a goal against them. 40 minutes into the match, Valdense FC's goalkeeper Mario Lazaeta had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gartzen Docio. Artemio Basabe's late challenge caught a Valdense FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Artemio Basabe helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Valdense FC booed when Palmitas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Artemio Basabe didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 46th minute of the match Imanol Rucabado shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gian-Carlo Ahelle showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gartzen Docio made a kick off. In the 53rd minute of the match Imanol Rucabado shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gian-Carlo Ahelle showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. If Gartzen Docio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Manni Fontecavada could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 64th minute of the match, but Gian-Carlo Ahelle made a huge save. Manni Fontecavada fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gian-Carlo Ahelle having to interfere. Gian-Carlo Ahelle made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when Manni Fontecavada sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, Valdense FC's Blasco Peredo got a free kick in the 80th minute. When Gartzen Docio came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the Palmitas fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gartzen Docio couldn't finish the play. Gartzen Docio might have been able to make a better finish in the 85th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mario Lazaeta. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gartzen Docio ran back to his position shaking his head. Gartzen Docio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Mario Lazaeta tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Saturnin Morentin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gartzen Docio in the 92nd minute of play forced Valdense FC's goalkeeper Mario Lazaeta to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
