Spectators: 7966 (Terracing: 6096, Seating: 1869, VIP seats: 1) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Alberto Lorenzana made the kick off which started today's match. Melo's Indartsu Jares got a good chance for a goal in the 3rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Olivera AFC's Rumaldo Davalos got a free kick in the 4th minute. Alberto Lorenzana kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. When Remigio Carda came up free with the goalie in the 8th minute, the Melo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Remigio Carda couldn't finish the play. The audience was convinced that Rius Melcon's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Francho Figueruel was relentless in the 21st minute of the game. In the 25th minute Alberto Lorenzana shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joam Era saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 27 minutes into the match, Eleazar Orbaneja dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Francho Figueruel, 2-0. In the 30th minute, Rufo Olate hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Francho Figueruel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Andres Senties in the 34th minute. After a rather tough play, Olivera AFC's Alberto Lorenzana got a free kick in the 34th minute. After some careless play in the Olivera AFC defense, Indartsu Jares kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Francho Figueruel. The Olivera AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Francho Figueruel should have stopped the shot. Francho Figueruel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eleazar Orbaneja in the 39th minute of the match. Olivera AFC's Francho Figueruel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Remigio Carda in the 41st minute of play. Francho Figueruel was out of position in the 43 minute of play, and Eleazar Orbaneja capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Eleazar Orbaneja really showed his touch with that goal: 4-0. 46 minutes into the match, Melo's goal looked a bit too open when Heriberto Villazan came free, but Joam Era reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Olivera AFC getting a freekick after 48 minutes play. Ruperto Salero hit a great ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

The wind increased when Rius Melcon made the kick off in the second half. Rius Melcon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Francho Figueruel having to interfere. The supporters of Melo booed when Olivera AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rumaldo Davalos didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rius Melcon in the 59th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Francho Figueruel saved Olivera AFC from getting behind. Gonsalvo Polo's late challenge caught a Melo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gonsalvo Polo helped the player get up and apologised. In the 62nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Olivera AFC's goalkeeper Francho Figueruel, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 64 played minutes Olivera AFC got a freekick which was hit by Ruperto Salero. After a rather tough play, Olivera AFC's Rumaldo Davalos got a free kick in the 66th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rius Melcon in the 70th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Francho Figueruel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 70 minutes of play Olivera AFC's Alberto Lorenzana was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. A collision led to Olivera AFC getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Alberto Lorenzana hit a great ball. Remigio Carda fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Francho Figueruel having to interfere. When Melo's Rius Melcon in the 76th minute got a chance for a shot 76th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Olivera AFC's goalie prevented a goal. Eleazar Orbaneja took the ball and in the 77 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Francho Figueruel. Francho Figueruel dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. Francho Figueruel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Indartsu Jares, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. Francho Figueruel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Remigio Carda in the 87th minute of the match. 89 minutes into the match, Olivera AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Indartsu Jares came free, but Francho Figueruel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Joam Era took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oalo Horihuela, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Francho Figueruel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rius Melcon in the 93rd minute of the match. 94 minutes into the match, Remigio Carda had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Francho Figueruel. Olivera AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Remigio Carda was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. Eleazar Orbaneja recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 97th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the referee ended the match the Melo players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
