Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Miguel Masana made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Txindoki Cascos in the 8th minute of play. A hard shot by Ulizes Jaen from long distance, 12 minutes into the match, got Miguel Masana's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Txindoki Cascos in the 13th minute of play forced Kraken FC's goalkeeper Miguel Masana to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 15th minute, Txindoki Cascos managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mirotaun's supporters rose to their feet, but Txindoki Cascos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Miguel Masana breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in Kraken FC's zone, Rodney Licon stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Miguel Masana came out of the goal and Rodney Licon tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Kraken FC's Miguel Masana played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Txindoki Cascos in the 19th minute of play. In the 23rd minute Txindoki Cascos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Miguel Masana saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Miguel Masana made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Txindoki Cascos in the 26th minute of play. If Rodney Licon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kraken FC's Miguel Masana proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save Kraken FC from getting a goal against them. Mel Carradelo hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. Sancho Olaisola, 36 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Kraken FC's zone, Rodney Licon stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Miguel Masana came out of the goal and Rodney Licon tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

After having played for 57 minutes, Rodney Licon managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mirotaun's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rodney Licon was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 63rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Mirotaun's goalkeeper Rafe Pastor, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 69 minutes of play Kraken FC's Mel Carradelo was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Mel Carradelo hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. Rodney Licon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 75 minutes into the match, Mirotaun's Rodney Licon sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Miguel Masana narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Txindoki Cascos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After having played for 78 minutes, Txindoki Cascos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
