If Cristian Lema had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Goiz Rio took the ball and in the 89 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gaudencio Arbizu. Gaudencio Arbizu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-3. Marco Sabugal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benjamin Danzo having to interfere. Gaudencio Arbizu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Miroslaw Wiatrak, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Egana AFC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
