The referee showed Cleto Abello the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 6 played minutes Oriental La Paz got a freekick which was hit by Cleto Abello. La Murguita's Kometh Halland got a good chance for a goal in the 6th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a little luck, Oriental La Paz's Bruno Benitua got control of the ball when Kometh Halland tried to sneak it across the goal line. Kometh Halland's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 15thth minute, Bruno Benitua skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Cristi Iovan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. La Murguita's Marcelino Garival played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mantzio Lejobeitia in the 25th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Oriental La Paz's Mantzio Lejobeitia got a free kick in the 26th minute. In the 30th minute, Cristi Iovan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Oriental La Paz getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Cleto Abello hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cleto Abello in the 46th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marcelino Garival saved La Murguita from getting behind. In the 47thth minute of the game Cristi Iovan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Oriental La Paz's Bruno Benitua was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cristi Iovan stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Kometh Halland took the ball and in the 53 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bruno Benitua. Bruno Benitua dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Marcelino Garival showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cleto Abello in the 59th minute of the match. Bruno Benitua took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristi Iovan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. La Murguita made a substitution. Sidney Baptista replaced Gomez Arenzana. 69 minutes into the match, La Murguita's goalkeeper Marcelino Garival had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mantzio Lejobeitia. After 74 minutes, Cristi Iovan made it 5-0 with a short kick to the right side. Oriental La Paz's Bruno Benitua tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Oriental La Paz's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave La Murguita the free kick.
