Jacob Lobos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fabián Bustunzuria, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jacob Lobos stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fabián Bustunzuria's shot from short distance in the 22nd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Fabián Bustunzuria managed to get in a good position for a shot. Levineta's supporters rose to their feet, but Fabián Bustunzuria was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jacob Lobos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 27th match minute, El Famoso River Plate was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zelipe Millán to maneuver through the defense. Christiano De la Sotta shot from long distance in the 28th minute, but Jacob Lobos was prepared and stopped the ball at the left post. Andrés Taylor who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 33rdth minute tested the skills of Jacob Lobos when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Andrés Taylor fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jacob Lobos having to interfere. 39 minutes into the match, El Famoso River Plate's goal looked a bit too open when Fabián Bustunzuria came free, but Jacob Lobos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. El Famoso River Plate's goalie Jacob Lobos was quick on his feet when Andrés Taylor aimed and made a shot towards the top left corner. The goalie picked down the ball without great difficulties. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Fabián Bustunzuria to strike the kick off in the second half. Jacob Lobos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fabián Bustunzuria, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Andrés Taylor received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Jacob Lobos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Levineta's Andrés Taylor got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Andrés Taylor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jacob Lobos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fabián Bustunzuria in the 82nd minute of the match. In the 85th minute, Fabián Bustunzuria got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 86th match minute, El Famoso River Plate was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Modesto Campillo to maneuver through the defense. In the 87th minute, Andrés Taylor got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Fabián Bustunzuria sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. Levineta's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave El Famoso River Plate the free kick. After 92 played minutes Levineta got a freekick which was hit by Christiano De la Sotta. In the 93rd minute of the match Savier Cisneros sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Manolo Reyes skillfully saved the ball. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Levineta had played much better football throughout.
