The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. A collision led to Huite FC getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Liberto Edwards hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rollo Lasa got free with Inocente Lazcano in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 29 minutes into the match, Huite FC's goal looked a bit too open when Héctor David Caticura came free, but Inocente Lazcano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Mercé La Motte made the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, Mercé La Motte managed to get in a good position for a shot. Huite FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Mercé La Motte was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Huite FC's Inocente Lazcano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Héctor David Caticura in the 76th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fabricio Jodar in the 79th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Inocente Lazcano saved Huite FC from getting behind. Inocente Lazcano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Héctor David Caticura in the 87th minute of play. 4-0 became the score in the 89th minute when Héctor David Caticura elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. When the match clock showed 94 minutes, the score became 5-0 when Héctor David Caticura sped through Huite FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Inocente Lazcano. UC United walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
