Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Enrico Finlay started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 4th minute Benjamín Aichele shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hipolito Mosquera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Quirihue's Pau Acharan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 6th minute of the match, managed to save Quirihue from getting a goal against them. Pau Acharan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Enrico Finlay's shot from short distance in the 9th minute. Enrico Finlay sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The supporters of Caracha booed when Quirihue was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hugo Mioño didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ariel Nicoletti during the 15th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 15 played minutes Quirihue got a freekick which was hit by Ariel Nicoletti. Caracha's Raúlo Montoya got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Nemesio Bacquet fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pau Acharan having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Clemencín Arriagada in the 26th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hipolito Mosquera prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Caracha's Xabel Doebbel shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 27th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Pau Acharan but with some difficulty. Clemencín Arriagada took the ball and in the 29 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Hipolito Mosquera. Hipolito Mosquera dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Enrico Finlay could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 32nd minute of the match, but Pau Acharan made a huge save. The crowd rose to their feet as Caracha's Enrico Finlay slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Pau Acharan. That made the score 1-1 after 38 minutes of play. Enrico Finlay recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 46th minute, Clemencín Arriagada made a precise shot to the right of Hipolito Mosquera. Caracha's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

After 52 played minutes Quirihue got a freekick which was hit by Maximiliano Bolados. Enrico Finlay sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Enrico Finlay might have been able to make a better finish in the 62nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Pau Acharan. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Enrico Finlay ran back to his position shaking his head. The supporters of Caracha booed when Quirihue was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ariel Nicoletti didn't get a good kick on the ball. 65 minutes into the match, Quirihue's goal looked a bit too open when Enrico Finlay came free, but Pau Acharan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 69 played minutes Caracha got a freekick which was hit by Alessandro Aravena. After 73 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Quirihue! Benjamín Aichele sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Enrico Finlay sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Anastasio Soto Tapia took the ball and in the 82 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pau Acharan. Pau Acharan dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. In the 93rd minute, Nemesio Bacquet ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Pau Acharan was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-2. 98 minutes into the match, Quirihue's goal looked a bit too open when Nemesio Bacquet came free, but Pau Acharan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Caracha had played much better football throughout.
