Eder Squella didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Juanjo Soruco went, in the 22nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Daniel Carioca sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Juanjo Soruco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Eder Squella tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Teofilio Mackenney blasted a shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Eder Squella having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Juanjo Soruco in the 32nd minute of play forced Salvador Allende FC's goalkeeper Eder Squella to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Maurício Pinilla fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eder Squella having to interfere. Eder Squella came out of the goal in the 39th minute to try and stop a shot by Barcedivia's Daniel Carioca. But to his dismay, Daniel Carioca quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. In the 42nd minute, Teofilio Mackenney made a precise shot to the right of Eder Squella. Salvador Allende FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. Juanjo Soruco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eder Squella having to interfere. The Salvador Allende FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Barcedivia were winning 0-4.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tanausu Wittemberg to make the kick off. In the 51st minute Juanjo Soruco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eder Squella saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eder Squella stood somewhat misplaced when Daniel Carioca came free in front of goal and shot 0-6 to the left of him in the 57 minute. If Daniel Carioca had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eder Squella made an important save on a dangerous shot by Daniel Carioca in the 63rd minute. Barcedivia's supporters rose to their feet, but Daniel Carioca was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eder Squella breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 76th minute the ball was on its way in behind Salvador Allende FC's goalkeeper Eder Squella, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Juanjo Soruco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A very good chance. 90 minutes into the game, Juanjo Soruco recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Eder Squella. Juanjo Soruco showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-7. Hermengildo Markel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elizalde Fantini in the 96th minute of the match. The Salvador Allende FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Barcedivia were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
