Tales Neiva made an important save on a dangerous shot by Leandro Pfingsthorn in the 13th minute. 14 minutes into the match, Claudio Jullian had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Henry Tucknott. General Velásquez's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Claudio Jullian was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Henry Tucknott made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Timoteo Gartxot in the 18th minute of play. After 18 minutes of play, Atlanticalvos FC's Timoteo Gartxot made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Henry Tucknott was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 22nd minute, Timoteo Gartxot made a precise shot to the right of Henry Tucknott. General Velásquez's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. An unexpectedly hard shot by Czeslaw Gurgul in the 27th minute of play forced General Velásquez's goalkeeper Henry Tucknott to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to General Velásquez getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Renato Goycolea hit a great ball. Leandro Pfingsthorn received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Tales Neiva tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Henry Tucknott took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Czeslaw Gurgul, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The corner led General Velásquez's Alonso Macera to fire away a dangerous shot which Tales Neiva despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The General Velásquez players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Atlanticalvos FC were winning 0-4.

The wind increased when Czeslaw Gurgul made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leandro Pfingsthorn in the 53rd minute of play forced Atlanticalvos FC's goalkeeper Tales Neiva to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 54th minute General Velásquez were awarded a corner. Alonso Macera went to the cornerflag to take it. Alonso Macera made a great header on General Velásquez's corner, it was just that Atlanticalvos FC's Tales Neiva managed to reach the ball for a save. After 56 played minutes General Velásquez got a freekick which was hit by Renato Goycolea. After 60 played minutes, Atlanticalvos FC's Czeslaw Gurgul shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Henry Tucknott came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Atlanticalvos FC reached it. Leandro Pfingsthorn blasted a shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Tales Neiva having to make a save. Atlanticalvos FC's Tales Neiva played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leandro Pfingsthorn in the 69th minute of play. General Velásquez's Guntademaro Goyenechea was substituted for Clemente Tuñon. In the 72nd match minute, Atlanticalvos FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Claudio Jullian to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Alonso Macera managed to get in a good position for a shot. General Velásquez's supporters rose to their feet, but Alonso Macera was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tales Neiva breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Timoteo Gartxot in the 75th minute of play forced General Velásquez's goalkeeper Henry Tucknott to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alonso Macera during the 79th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of General Velásquez booed when Atlanticalvos FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Timoteo Gartxot didn't get a good kick on the ball. Apolo Irigoyen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 曹挺奕 kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. Tales Neiva showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Apolo Irigoyen in the 88th minute of the match. In the 89th minute, Apolo Irigoyen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 92nd match minute, Atlanticalvos FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Claudio Jullian to maneuver through the defense. Tales Neiva made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Apolo Irigoyen in the 94th minute of play. In the 95th match minute, Atlanticalvos FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Américo Zelada to maneuver through the defense. The Atlanticalvos FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Atlanticalvos FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
